Finding Crimson - chapter sixIt was back to the drawing board for us. Literally. Well, not that I'd actually seen this drawing board before, as it was tucked away in another backroom of the shop that I didn't know existed, and truthfully none of our plans had really failed, so I suppose I could find a better expression. That one's been around ages. But, there actually was a drawing board, and man, was it cool. First off, it was more of a large cube than a board. Whatever. Inside the cube were actual three-dimensional images made of pulsing laser light in extraordinary detail. When I couldn't feel The bite of my words I never needed to be real My world was one unheard
Tick, tock, rattle and clang Goes the machine, spinning Squeak, squawk, creak and bang Gear's teeth of a skull grinning
Love can soothe much But time washes it away So why do you still love When you should feel hate?
I laugh at myself And how repulsiv
